Professional Profile

Lottie Michael has earned a reputation among both clients and peers for focusing on the motivational aspects of transactions to achieve equitable solutions for all parties. She takes great pride in her work and her ability to guide property owners and tenants through the real estate process.  Lottie has a thorough understanding of the Alaska commercial real estate market, with more than 40 years of experience. Her expertise covers all aspects of commercial real estate from ownership and management to sales and leasing.

Lottie received the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 1983 from the National Association of Realtors and is currently president of the Alaska CCIM Chapter.  She is an active member in several real estate organizations; former President of the Anchorage Board of Realtors; former President of the Alaska Multiple Listing Service; and previous Chairman of the State of Alaska Real Estate Commission.  She is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).

In 2012 Lottie was honored in receiving the YWCA Women of Achievement Award. This award recognizes and honors women who have demonstrated qualities of leadership and excellence in their professional and personal endeavors as well as their contributions to the larger community.

Lottie is currently an Associate Broker at Commercial Real Estate Alaska, LLC, specializing in investment sales and leasing.
